The General Personal Data Protection Law - LGPD, provides for the events of personal data processing and the guidelines to be observed by all those who deal with individuals' data, with the purpose of protecting the privacy and freedom of individuals.

We have started the process of implementing our privacy and data protection governance program. We have a customer service channel to answer all your questions and to assist the data subject of the personal data. We have reviewed our policies for compliance with rights and duties under the LGPD.

Personal data is considered to be information related to an identified or identifiable individual. For example: I.D. Card, CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registration), receipt, gender, photograph, etc. (Art.5 I)
Sensitive data is considered to be data concerning racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, membership of a union or religious, philosophical, or political organization, data concerning health or sex life, when linked to an individual. (Article 5, II, of the LGPD).
BRASPRESS only receives and processes, directly or indirectly, your necessary personal data when:
- It has a legitimate interest to do so, namely for the maintenance of the commercial relationship, in the provision of its services, to ensure access to its websites, applications and social networks, in the prevention and detection of fraud.
- It has obtained your consent to process your personal data for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes; and/or
- It is necessary to comply with legal obligations in connection with the provision of services, and labor/employment relationships with its Employees and Partners.
Once your data is collected, it will be recorded in our database and eventually shared with partner entities essentially necessary for the execution of the transportation contract or for the maintenance of labor and employment relationships, always ensuring that appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to guarantee the protection of the rights of the data subject.
BRASPRESS shall assure to the data subject of the personal data the protection against unauthorized Access, confidentiality, integrity, availability, training, and supervision of all those who have access to the personal data processed by the Company.
BRASPRESS shall keep your data for the time strictly necessary to meet the purpose(s) for which the data was collected. Deletion shall not be performed when maintenance is required by law, in which case the personal data shall only be accessible for this purpose.
